The place offers arrive-and-drive packages for adults and kids. You can visit the place with your family or friends to enjoy 17 laps at an affordable rate. You can also host corporate functions or birthday parties at Bayview Raceway & Golf facility.

Race Track

Their family-friendly outdoor race track invites people of all ages to participate in go-kart racing, given that they meet the height requirements. The race track is designed to look like a regular road and also has an asphalt surface. 

It’s also not a very challenging track to race on and doesn’t have any type of safety barriers. However, it is wide enough to give drivers the opportunity to overtake other racers.

Go-Karts

The only requirement to race go-karts is to be 4’6″ or taller. All go-karts are gas-powered and relatively simple in design, yet fun to race with on the outdoor track. 

Take note that Bayview Raceway & Golf only has single-seater karts for racing. While they have a safety bumper and racers are required to wear a seat belt, the roll bar for neck protection is a little small.

Bayview Raceway & Golf does not offer food or beverages for racers. However, you can bring your own food if you want, but you’ll need to keep any drinks or snacks away from the race track.

Grand Island Fun Center is a great place for family get-togethers. There are more than enough attractions here to keep all types of adults and kids occupied for the entire day. 

Some of these attractions include mini-golf, laser tag, batting cages, arcade games, and of course an adventurous go-kart racing track. While tickets are charged at $13 per race, there is also an option to get a fun pass, where you’ll get access to multiple attractions.

Race Track

The 1/4-mile race track of Grand Island Fun Center is the perfect length for a fun and adventurous race. It’s not too technically demanding and features a family-friendly layout and design. 

The concrete surface offers enough grip to overtake other races and to experience an adrenaline rush when racing around hairpin turns and bank sections. Overall it’s a great race track for adults and kids alike. Each race lasts 10 laps. 

Go-Karts

The gas-powered go-karts of Grand Island Fun Center come in two different configurations, with single seats and two seats. Drivers who wish to operate a go-kart on their own are required to be at least 56” tall. 

Those who do not meet these requirements can sit as a passenger. Passengers for two-seater go-karts need to be at least 36” tall. Take note that both adults and kids are required to sign a waiver before racing.

Food & Beverage

The menu items offered by Grand Island Fun Center are delicious and mouth-watering. You will definitely find your favorite food that goes with your choice of attraction, and savor it! 

Snacks like pizza, wings, onion rings, French fries, chicken fingers, corn dogs, and mozzarella sticks are available. In addition to these savory items, lemonade, soft drinks, snow cones, and ice creams are also on the menu.

You’ll also be able to host your birthday parties and other types of events here at Grand Prix Speedway, Six Flags. There are also several events and special packages from time to time for the entire family to enjoy.

Race Track

The go-kart track at Six Flags is 2000-feet in length, providing an awesome racing experience with various twists, turns, and straight sections. The go-kart track is well designed and is surrounded by beautiful scenery. 

Moreover, you’ll be able to race against others as you try to finish first. The track also features multiple elevations and a safety barrier on each side of the track for extra safety. Overall, this track is family-friendly and great for adults and kids.

Go-Karts

There are two types of go-karts at Grand Prix Speedway, which are single-seater go-karts and two-seater go-karts. All go-karts are gas-powered and are designed to look like race cars. 

The single-seater karts require drivers to be at least 56” tall. For two-seater go-karts, drivers need to be the same height, however, passengers must be at least 40” tall. Both go-karts are fun to race and are equipped with adequate safety features such as seat belts, bumpers, and roll bars.

There are more than a dozen restaurants and snack bars at Six Flags, where you’ll be able to enjoy various types of food and drinks. Classic dining options include Itty Bitty Beaver Bites, Fried Dough, Main Gate Munchies, Pizza in the Square, Shipwreck Snacks, and various others.

The Epic Fun Center in Williamsville was a place that featured many attractions and go-kart racing was one of them. Other popular entertainment opportunities included dodgeball, redemption games, foosball, and volleyball, as well as softball, and baseball practices.

The facility offered 30-min and 60-min packages for go-kart racing. Unfortunately, there were no arrive-and-drive packages, so you could only rent the entire track for either half an hour or a full hour. Please note that this location doesn’t offer go-kart racing anymore.

Race Track

Not too long ago, this track used to be a road course that features various twists, turns, and straight sections. After the redesign, it was converted into an indoor oval track with a concrete surface.

This oval track was also equipped with safety barriers on each side and was wide enough to allow for easy overtaking. And the best part was that you were able to book the entire track for yourself and your friends!

Go-Karts

All the go-karts that were available at Epic Fun Center are electric and feature padded seats, a 3-point safety harness, a bumper, and a roll bar. They achieved high top speeds and emitted no fumes. All racers were required to sign a before racing these go-karts.

There were two types of go-karts that this location had to offer. The Kiddie Kart was designed for kids who were at least 36” tall and 6 years old. The adult karts could be driven by racers who were 54” or taller.

Food & Beverage

The facility does not offer food & beverages for visitors to the sports and fun center. However, they allow refreshments for parties or corporate events as long as the management has pre-approved food. 

So, if you plan on getting some food, you’ll have to prepare the food yourself or explore any of the neighboring restaurant or food chains.
