While some go-kart locations are within the city limits, such as Kissimmee Go-Karts and Fun Spot America, others are a little further away – about 15 to 20 miles, which is fairly reasonable.

Kissimmee Go-Karts is a fun place for locals and tourists in Kissimmee and is located along Bronson Memorial Highway. This fun park has opened its doors for over 25 years, with a go-kart race track as one of its main attractions. Here, you’ll also be able to enjoy several arcade games and a view of the pool filled with live alligators.

Kissimmee Go-Karts has an outdoor track that features different types of go-karts. There are several arrive-and-drive packages to choose from, so you won’t need to bring anything along. They even have special offers when you subscribe to their mailing list.

Race Track

The Kissimmee Go-Karts facility features two tracks, which are the Super Track and the Rookie Track. The Rookie track is designed for kids and features a family-friendly layout. Take note that kids must be between 5 – 10 years old to race here. 

On the other hand, the Super Track is geared towards adults and is one of the largest kart tracks in Central Florida. It features various challenging twists and turns, as well as bridges and underpasses. This track is only reserved for adults who are at least 54” tall.

Go-Karts

There are two types of go-karts for the Super Track, which are the Single and Double-Seater karts. Single-seater karts are either stock karts or Indy karts. Racers must be 11 years old to ride stock karts and 16 years old with a driver’s license to race the much faster Indy karts.

As for the Rookie Track, kids must be between 5 to 10 years old to ride the safe and reliable single-seater go-karts. All three types of go-karts are equipped with safety features.

Fun Spot America Kissimmee has been a family-owned business for many years. Located on Florida Pizza Boulevard in Kissimmee, the facility has some of the best theme park rides in the country! It has the world’s tallest sky coaster, bumper cars, headrush 360, and an awesome go-kart track, among other attractions. 

The facility does not require you to pay separately to enjoy go-kart racing like other theme parks do, as the tickets are all included in the day pass that you can get at the admission center. Fun Spot America in Kissimmee also allows you to host parties and events. This is great for celebrating birthdays, team-building sessions, and even field trips.

Race Track

The go-kart race tracks are one of the most exciting attractions of Fun Spot America Kissimmee. There are two tracks available: the Vortex and the Chaos track. These tracks are not your usual outdoor circuits! Instead, they are multi-level tacks!

The Vortex track has a total of 4-levels and is 40 feet high. It has banking curves, where you can race your go-kart as fast as you can possibly push them. The Chaos track is another multi-level track with a wide variety of twists and turns. 

Regardless of their complexity and heights, they’re both family-friendly and are suitable for both adults and kids alike.

Go-Karts

You can ride two types of karts at Fun Spot America Kissimmee. You’ll have the option of single and double-seater go-karts. Single-seater karts are designed for adults and drivers need to be at least 54” tall (there is no age restriction). 

Only adults can race double-seater karts. The same height requirements apply to adult racers. However, children can ride as passengers and must be at least 36” tall. All go-karts are installed with a bumper system, safety belts, and roll bars for extra protection.

Orlando Kart Center is just 10 miles away from Kissimmee and one of the best locations nearby. It is situated along Cosmonaut Boulevard and features a great track that offers an unforgettable go-kart racing experience. 

You can visit this karting center with your family or friends from Wednesdays to Sundays. They offer various arrive-and-drive packages and also competitive go-kart racing leagues. You can even bring your own go-kart for certain races and use the facility’s kart shop to upgrade your equipment. 

Orlando Kart Center also offers party packages and you’ll even get to organize corporate events here too. To book a private event, simply get in touch with their management and they’ll help you out. 

Race Track

Orlando Kart Center has a single track, which is called Silverstone. It’s 8/10th of a mile in length with various configurations. The outdoor kart track features an asphalt surface that offers go-kart racers maximum grip. 

While it’s also equipped with a lighting system for night races, most of the events are scheduled during the day. The race track also features many technically challenging chicanes, hairpin turns, and straight sections. 

It’s a great track to practice your karting skills and you’ll even get your go-kart to speeds of up to about 40 mph. Orlando Kart Center Each also has an accurate lap timing system to measure your racing performance.

Go-Karts

This facility has high-performance go-karts. There are two types of karts that you’ll be able to rent, which are the single and the two-seater karts. Single karts are designed for adults, with a height requirement of 60”.

Those who aren’t at least 60” tall can ride as a passenger alongside an adult, as long as they are at least four years old. This gives kids the perfect opportunity to race with their parents!

K1 Speed Orlando is located along Vanguard Street, which is just 14 miles away from Kissimmee. With fun activities like indoor go-kart racing and bowling, the facility offers a fun day out that is suitable for family and friends.

The facility has the usual K1 Speed arrive-and-drive packages that feature the signature OTL Storm EFD go-karts. You’ll also have the opportunity to book the function room for private parties and corporate events.

K1 Speed also hosts several go-kart racing leagues and competitions such as the GP Challenge and K1 Junior League. These private racing events are open for adults and kids, as long as you meet the requirements.

Race Track

The K1 Speed near Kissimmee features one indoor race track and is called the Orlando track. The track itself isn’t as compact as its standard configuration, which offers racers more straight sections than usual. 

These are great for overtaking and reaching top speeds. Having an asphalt surface helps to improve grip and also your lap times, which are measured through a state-of-the-art lap timing system.

Each race lasts for about 10 to 12 minutes. Please take note that adults and kids race at different times, due to safety reasons.

Go-Karts

The adult go-karts at the K1 Speed facility are OTL Storm EFDs. The karts are fully electric, which provide fast acceleration and can reach top speeds of up to 45 mph. They are extremely quiet and emit no fumes!

There are also OTL junior karts available at this facility, which are used by kids. Racers must be at least 48” tall to race here. Take note that the junior karts are speed limited but still manage to deliver a thrilling go-kart racing experience.

There are also other attractions that you’ll get to enjoy, such as arcade games, laser tag, 7D Xperience, and bowling. Andretti Indoor Karting also allows you to host corporate events and parties – birthday parties are the most popular events organized here.

Race Track

This karting facility has three different race tracks that are professionally designed to provide the best experience for racers of all ages and skill levels. Track 1 is a single-layer race course for junior races and Mini Mario races. Riders have to be 4 – 6 years old and 36″ tall to ride a Mini Mario kart on this track. 

Track 2 is a multi-level race course with 25 feet of elevation changes. Take note that adult races take place on this track and drivers are required to be at least 54″ tall and 15 years or older.

Track 3 is reserved for intermediate racers. It features six banked turns, multiple elevation changes, and several straightaways. All tracks feature safety barriers and lap timing systems to track your racing performance, which you can check on large screens throughout the facility.

Go-Karts

Andretti Indoor Karting has BIZ go-karts for adults. They feature an ergonomic design and are all-electric go-karts. Not only are these go-karts fast, but they’re also environmentally friendly and safe to operate. 

However, take note that these karts are reserved for adults only. Younger racers get to race Mini Mario karts! Kids as young as 4 – 6 years old can race at this facility and they even have a special track for them.

The Andretti Indoor Karting facility has a restaurant with various food and beverage options to select from. They only use fresh ingredients and even serve refreshing cocktails! You can also opt for any of their hot meals or just a simple dessert!
