The Bluegrass Karting facility is a great location for amateur and advanced racers who are looking for indoor go-kart racing in Louisville. It features an awesome track and two different types of go-karts, which are designed for adults and youths. 

The facility also offers plenty of other activities such as axe throwing, rage rooms and more. While arrive and drive packages are the top sellers, you can also host private and corporate events at this facility – they even have team building opportunities.

Race Track

The race track at Bluegrass Karting is 1,000 foot long and features some challenging and technical turns. This is a great way for an amateur to learn the ins and outs of go-karting and the more advanced racers to put their skills to the test. This kart track also features an advanced lap timing system and barriers for added safety. 

Go-Karts

Bluegrass Karting features two different types of go-karts. Racers get to choose between the pro karts and the youth karts, depending on their age. Pro Karts are designed for racers who are at least 14 years old. These are slightly larger go-karts that can reach speeds of up to 40 mph. 

On the other hand, the Youth Karts are go-karts that are meant for kids who are in the 7 – 13 age category. These go-karts are slightly smaller and are capable of speeds of about 30 mph. Both go-kart types are gas-powered and offer great handling. They are also equipped with all the latest safety features and provide a great racing experience.

Race Track

Racing on Malibu Jack’s indoor karting track is extremely fun. This race track is geared more towards having a fun race against family members and friends, instead of learning the technical aspects of go-karting. The track features plenty of twists and turns that offers a fun and thrilling go-kart racing experience, especially for the younger crowd. 

The track also features a safety barrier system that helps to cushion collisions and the concrete surface offers enough grip for zooming around the corners.

Go-Karts

This facility offers two types of go-karts to racers, the single seater karts and the two-seater karts. The single seater go-karts are designed for individuals who are at least 10 years old and 56” tall. This is to ensure that they are able to fit into the kart and handle it well at higher speeds. 

There are also two-seater go-karts that are meant for adults who wish to race with their kid on the passenger seat, or two friends who wish to race together. The great thing is that passengers race for free! Both go-kart types feature a unique and custom race car design with headlights and safety bumpers.

Food & Beverage

The famous Jack’s Restaurant offers some delicious meals and is located right inside the facility. Their huge menu offers a great variety of food and drinks, such as pizzas, burgers, sandwiches, steaks and other types of meals. They also have a huge drink menu that will easily refresh you and prepare you for your next go-kart race!
