HazyQdega Raceway is a family-friendly go-kart raceway located along Palmyra Road in St Albans, Maine. Owners Eliott and Lori Hazlerig created the facility intending to give the people of Maine an easy-to-reach getaway from their busy lives.
Moreover, you can rent the HazyQdega Raceway to host your private events. Many public racing events are also organized every year at the raceway to keep the competition healthy and active, including the HazyQdega Awards, Mini-Cups, Dega Night Series, Fun day Series and many more.Â
Race Track
HazyQdega Raceway is home to some of the most beautiful landscapes and sceneries that an outdoor go-kart racing track can be surrounded by in Maine. The tracks are designed to be wide and long enough for several racers to compete at one time.
Although it’s a fairly small and oval-like race track, its design includes everything from sharp, thrilling turns to short straightways to give you a memorable experience.
Go-Karts
At the HazyQdega Raceway, there are seven types of karting classes for people of all ages. First in line are the Sportsman and Senior Sportsman class for children aged 9 – 15 years and 12+ years, with L0206 engine specifications of yellow .70″ slide and L0206 black (stock) slide respectively.
Next is the Senior Sportsman Predator class with 2cc predator-modified engines. The kids’ category has the Junior Sportsman; it is designed for kids aged 7 – 12 years. Requirements are an LO206 .440″ red slide engine and weighs 335 lbs.
There are also 4 different types of go-karting “rental experiences” that you’ll get to enjoy. Each experience features a different racing package and includes qualifying heats, races and even trophies for the winners.

Go-Karts
At this karting facility, you’ll need to bring your own go-kart. There are two racing classes, one for adults and the other for juniors. The adult go-karts have a significant rate of acceleration and can reach a speed of about 50 – 60 mph.
