For serious racers, the OMC offers memberships but casual karting fans can also visit with their friends and families to experience what it’s like to drive fast karts.

The outdoor karting track is a purpose-built one designed for one thing only – to give riders the best karting experience in the area. It is the largest track in the state and has an asphalt surface.

There are 12 turns to keep you glued to the steering wheel and presents excellent overtaking opportunities. The track has a length of 0.7 miles which is great for achieving high speeds and completing fast laps. Before you head to the track, there is a 10 – 15 minute long instructional briefing, to ensure you’re all set for racing.

Go-Karts

The Oklahoma Motorsports Complex boasts its collection of the ‘fastest concession karts’ in the area. The karts are high-quality and professionally maintained. The best thing about these karts for enthusiast racing fans is that they don’t have a speed limiter on them.

This means that they can achieve speeds of up to 50 mph. You read that right! At such high speeds, you’re definitely going to have a truly competitive kart racing experience.

This is a family-operated track that welcomes everyone who wants to test their skills on an oval-style race track. The track also has bleachers for family members and friends to sit and watch you tear through the competition.

This is a karting track through and through, and so that is all it offers. If you are interested in some pure karting action and nothing more, this is a great place to be.

Race Track

The track at Coody Creek Speedway is outdoors. This is a 1/10th of a mile-long track that gives you a good enough challenge to keep you excited and interested. The surface of the track is clay which makes it a little more difficult to drive on it.

Because of this surface, the track gives you an off-road racing vibe rather than that of racing in the streets or on a course.

Go-Karts

At Coody Creek Speedway, racers are required to bring their own karts that follow the rules and classes of the facility. The karts should have 6.5 hp engines. All of the stock clones are to follow AKRA rules and should run only on gasoline.

Karts that are caged are required to have a 4-point roll cage at the minimum along with a 4-point harness. Before heading down, make sure to thoroughly read through their guidelines that can be found on their website.

Food & Beverage

For light snacks while watching an exciting race or for getting refreshed after winning one, there is a concession stand in the facility to meet your needs.
