LeMans Hi-Speed Indoor Karting is not only the largest indoor go-kart racing track in Portsmouth, but in the entire state. Within a few miles of neighboring cities, residents of Norfolk, Chesapeake and Virginia Beach are able to enjoy quality indoor karting in Portsmouth.

The facility also offers meeting and party rooms for social and private events. People or businesses are able to host various private functions such as birthdays and even team building activities. It’s a great location for a fun day out with family and friends.

Race Track

There are 3 karting tracks inside the massive 80,000 square foot facility; two regular tracks and a highlight called the MegaTrack. All tracks have impact-absorbing barriers on each side to ensure safe races. 

The track surface is made of concrete, which provides great traction when racing. LeMans Hi-Speed Indoor Karting also provides safety equipment, so you’re bound to have a fun and safe time. There are even competitive racing leagues that you can participate in.

Go-Karts

The go-karts offered at LeMans Hi-Speed Indoor Karting in Portsmouth are gas-powered and have a relatively high-top speed with great acceleration. There are two types of go-karts offered here; junior karts and adult karts. 

All go-karts come with various safety features such as a safety harness, bumpers and roll bars to ensure racers are kept safe at all times. First time racers will also be able to attend a safety briefing before their race so that they’re made aware of the track rules and what to look out for while racing.

Food & Beverage

Unfortunately, there isn’t any restaurant inside the 80,000 square foot facility. However, you’ll be able to get some refreshments and snacks at their snack bar, which is near the concession stand. Here, you’ll be able to get some beverages and candy.
