CalSpeed Karting Center is located approximately 30 miles from Los Angeles and Orange County. The facility offers a 0.75-mile go-kart track with various arrive-and-drive packages, karting courses, racing leagues, and practice sessions. It’s one of the best karting locations that’s located in the center of Southern California.

If you want to use CalSpeed Karting Center for a corporate event, you can simply get in touch with the team. The facility is open four days a week and they also host various types of karting competitions that are open for registration, so make sure to check them out. 

Race Track

CalSpeed Karting Center has a go-kart track that’s 0.75 miles (3960 feet) in length. It features 15 turns with seven different configurations. There are two straights of about 550 and 395 feet, where you’ll be able to hit top speed. Each race lasts for about 12 minutes.

This kart track is great for racers who are new to karting or seasoned racers to wish to practice here. It’s located outdoors, on Auto Club Speedway’s grounds. The track has a width of 30 feet, making it great for overtaking. 

Go-Karts

The facility has a fleet of karts to accommodate racers, school members, and professional racers. There is no need to bring your own go-kart to CalSpeed Karting Center, as their rental karts are available to everyone, as long as they meet the racing requirements. 

However, if you want to practice on Open Practice day, you can bring your own go-kart along. Take note that only single-seater go-karts are allowed at this facility. Racers also need to be at least 12 years to race at CalSpeed Karting Center.

CalSpeed Karting Center does not have any snack bars or cafes. You can bring your own food if you plan to spend your entire day at the facility. There are nearby restaurants to explore, all within a few minutes drive from the karting center.

Apex Racing Center is one of the best premier go-kart racing facilities in Southern California. It features a track perfect for racing motorcycles, mini bikes, Supermoto, and of course, go-karts.

The facility is a dedicated race track center with no arrive-and-drive rentals available. However, there are racing events where you’ll be able to bring your own go-kart. Make sure that you check the race schedule for dates and class requirements.

Apex Racing Center also allows you to host parties and corporate events with rental stages, catering, decorations, and transportation. You can also organize a fundraiser at this racing facility.

Race Track

Ask anyone who has been to Apex Racing Center and they will tell you that it has one of the best outdoor racing tracks in Southern California! A 9/10th mile kart circuit with various chicanes, hairpin turns and straight sections makes for a great karting session. 

The track was designed by Rocky Moran, a professional race car driver. A unique thing about this race track is that it has several configurations, including clockwise and counterclockwise directions.

The track is located in Perris, almost halfway between San Diego and Los Angeles, which is great for Southern Californians. It’s also worth noting that this track is designed for more seasoned go-kart racers, as it has some technical areas.

Go-Karts

Apex Racing Center does not offer karts; you will have to bring your own to race here. The facility allows single-seater karts that meet all of the racing requirements. Therefore, you should check the rules and regulations before registration. 

The racing center offers portable go-kart racing opportunities for corporate events and parties too. If you plan to race go-kart on a private parking lot, Apex Racing Center can convert it into a racing track for you.

Food & Beverage

Apex Racing Center does not offer food stalls or cafes for visitors. If you feel hungry after an exhilarating kart racing session, you can explore the nearest restaurants for a tasty meal. However, if you book them for an event, Apex Racing Center can provide catering.

And to be honest, it’s more than just a go-kart track – they also have air hockey, an arcade, and pool tables. This means that you’ll be able o take your entire family for a fun day out at K1 Speed Anaheim!

With fun racing packages and state-of-the-art electric karts, adults and kids can enjoy a fun ride along the safe race track. The facility also offers packages for corporate events, parties, and team-building sessions.

Race Track

K1 Speed Anaheim has an indoor race track with safety barriers on each side. The track is called the “Anaheim Track,” which even features a tunnel. Each race lasts for 12 laps and adults and kids race separately.

Kids need to be at least 48” tall to race here, while adult karts require drivers to be at least 58”. K1 Speed Anaheim also has an accurate lap timing system that allows you to track your score through large monitors.

Go-Karts

K1 Speed Anaheim has single-seater electric karts that are environmentally friendly. Adults race in OTL Storm EFD go-karts, while juniors race in OTL Junior karts. These go-karts are fast!

The youth karts can reach speeds of up to 20 miles per hour and the adult karts can go up to 40 miles per hour. OTL go-karts are known to be one of the best in the industry and the ones featured in this location aren’t an exception.

They are equipped with the latest safety features including seat belts, LED lights, roll bars, and impact-absorbing bumpers. Thanks to their adjustable seats and steering wheel, you’ll also enjoy an ergonomic race.

The Anaheim location of K1 Speed has a Paddock Lounge that offers a range of food and beverages for people of all ages. From burgers and pizzas to chips, fries, and wings, there is a restaurant-style menu available for visitors.

Speed Circuit is a family-friendly fun park that is located in Chula Vista, California. A place with lots of fun games, including an arcade, thrill park, rope courses, and a go-kart race track. 

The facility offers a bunch of packages covering various attractions. Speed Circuit also offers party packages with a private party room decorated for the event. It’s a great place for a go-kart-themed birthday party. 

Moreover, this location also has its infamous Go-Kart Spring Break Camp, where kids can spend between 3 – 5 days learning how to race go-karts along with various other fun activities. These go-kart camps are only open during the spring season.

Race Track

Speed Circuit has an indoor race track with safety barriers on both sides. The facility offers adults and juniors a family-friendly kart racing experience. Each race lasts for about 9 min or 15 to 20 laps, depending on the racer’s speed. 

Speed Circuit has the most exciting race track in San Diego with a technically challenging layout. Here, you’ll be able to race against friends, family members, and even strangers! If you happen to be in Southern California, this is definitely a go-kart location to check out!

Go-Karts

There are two types of karts available at the Speed Circuit facility. Adult karts and Junior karts. Adults karts are Single and Double-Seater karts with a requirement of 58” for the driver. 

However, if you want to race Double-Seater karts, you’ll need to be at least 18 years old and your passengers need to be at least 42″ tall. As for Junior karts, the height requirement is 48″. You do not have to bring your own go-kart to the Speed Circuit, as they have various arrive-and-drive packages to select from.

Food & Beverage

Speed Circuit does not offer food or beverages for regular visits or events. They do have seating available for free and private party events, so you can bring your own food if you wish. Otherwise, there are other options to explore in the nearby area for a hearty meal.

Pole Position Raceway is a dedicated go-karting facility in Corona, Southern California. While it also features other attractions, like an arcade hall that has more than 20 different games, go-kart racing remains its main attraction.

The facility offers a friendly environment for casual racers and a place for professionals to test their skills. Among the many challenges and racing opportunities, Pole Position Raceway’s arrive-and-drive format remains a popular option.

The facility also allows you to host birthday parties, corporate events, and fundraisers. There’s also a club meetup for people living in and around Corona where go-kart racers can get together and hang out – it’s an awesome community!

Race Track

The race track at Pole Position Raceway is 1/4 mile in length with various corners, turns, and straights. It’s an indoor race track that lets junior, adult, and handicapped racers enjoy an 8 to 10 min race per session.

For safety reasons, all racing categories are separated and divided into different time slots. The race track is located inside a large hall with a concrete surface. While it isn’t the smoothest surface to race on, it offers a lot of grip.

Juniors have to be 48” tall to race the junior karts, whereby adults must be at least 56” tall. While this race track is family-friendly, it features various technical sections where even the most experienced racers get challenged.

Go-Karts

The facility has state-of-the-art electric karts for juniors and adults. Junior electric karts can go up to 20 miles per hour, whereby the adult karts reach top speeds of about 45 miles per hour. As for the handicapped racers, there is one hand-controlled kart available at the location.

All karts are equipped with safety features. Racers are instructed to wear closed-toe shoes and secure loose clothing and hair for safety reasons. The go-karts are also well maintained and easy to operate.

Food & Beverage

Casual visitors do not have the chance to enjoy food or beverages available at Pole Position Raceway in Corona. The catering service is only reserved for parties and corporate events. However, you’re free to explore the surrounding areas for food and drink options!
