Location

Facility

Big Chief Go Karts is a facility that is designed for the whole family. It’s located in the midst of various resorts and theme parks in the center of Wisconsin Dells, so while you cannot do much else at this particular facility other than karting, you can do a lot more by just walking around the area. For karting though, this humble place offers affordable racing that children and adults can both experience.

Race Track

This facility has an outdoor track for some exciting races under the sun. The track has an asphalt surface that is very smooth, allowing the karts to reach their maximum speeds. An asphalt surface also ensures good grip so other than the excitement of high speeds, it also offers a safe driving experience.

It is quite a long track with some very sharp corners to navigate so it is not a simple drive by any means. Most striking about this track is the amazing scenery and views you’ll get as you pass through various slopes and chicanes.

Go-Karts

The matte black – highly cool-looking – karts at Big Chief Go Karts are not only fast but also very safe. These are karts with two seats so that kids can ride with adults if they so wish. They come with metallic rails around the base for prevention against bad bumps. And even though they don’t have safety harnesses, their seats are designed in a way that drivers are securely fastened at all times.

Food & Beverage

There are no food options available at the premises. However, there are plenty of independent food stalls and restaurants within walking distance.

It has a trampoline park, a complete arcade, bowling lanes, a ropes course, an awesome VR experience, bumper cars, and much more. And of course, the reason it’s on this list is its cool indoor karting track.

Knuckleheads also offer the possibility to arrange parties and group events. There are four private rooms which can be booked for various events like birthdays and reunions. There’s a large banquet menu on offer for large groups too!

Race Track

The facility has an indoor karting track that offers a fun-filled and casual driving experience for young and old alike. The track is pretty small as compared to others on this list, but it does come with some sharp corners to navigate and even elevation changes to add some more challenge to the experience.

The floor is slick which can let you do some drifting if you know what you’re doing. Overall, this is the kind of track where you can race against your friends or even your kids without worrying too much.

Go-Karts

The go-karts offered here are all safe and high-quality. They come with safety harnesses and padded seats to make the experience safe and comfortable. They also have metallic rails around the base to prevent serious bumps.

4. Adare Go Carts

City: Wisconsin Dells
Type: Outdoor
Track: Outdoor Race Track
Karts: Junior & Adult Karts
Requirements: 4 Years & 36″ Tall

Location

Facility

If you’re looking for a challenging outdoor karting course, look at Adare Go-Carts. This is a facility that offers karting opportunities for the whole family but throws in a unique course that is not a casual one to drive on. They also offer the possibility for young kids to drive around, thanks to a dedicated track. And since it’s located near to various other attractions and facilities, you can just walk over for some more activities just a few feet away.

Race Track

The outdoor track at Adare Go-Carts is what makes it special. It is deemed the fastest track in the area. Offering a challenging course, this track will make high-speed kart racing as exhilarating as it is fun.

The course will take you over hills, around waterfalls, and under bridges. It has hairpin turns that will require some precision and straights where you can let loose. The grippy surface ensures that you can make the turns safely without drifting away. For the young ones, there’s a kiddie track too!

Go-Karts

A challenging track would be pretty useless if you couldn’t drive high-speed karts on it. Luckily, this facility has some powerful karts that are fitted with 5.5 hp Honda engines. These as-powered engines make these go-karts pretty fast while also easy to handle.

These are single-seat karts that are designed to give you a competitive racing experience and not something that reminds you of driving a kart in the park. There are also smaller, less powerful karts available for the kids to give them a safe and fun driving experience. All the karts also have safety harnesses to keep the drivers securely tucked in.

Food & Beverage

While the facility itself doesn’t have any food options, there’s plenty to find around the track.
